Irish Fest O'8!

Mommy thought it was very important for our family to drive downtown and celebrate our Irish heritage.  So she threw on my too small mick cap from St. Pat's Day, gave me a plastic bubble pipe, and strapped me into my stroller to parade my red head around the festival.  Here is how the day went:  M&D and Mimi grabbed a couple of beers, then they grabbed a couple more, then they got really excited over these "meat pies" and ate those.  Dad went on and on about why kilts are so practical on hot days and wondered if wearing one to work would be an abuse of Casual Friday.  Then he tied a balloon to my stroller which was pretty cool, but he wouldn't let me play with it for fear of it bursting and breaking my eardrum.  They let me out of my stroller so that I could play in the fountains and that was a little scary at first, but then a lot of fun!  Mommy gave me some dippin' dots and we headed home.
